 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: March 30th 2004
Likes: laying on top of the a/c vent on a hot day, chewing on a tennis ball, biting on his sisters when they are trying to sleep, playing tug of war (even by himself if no one will play), playing hide & go seek (with toys or with mom)

Pet-Peeves: being hot, being cold, eating dinner 5 minutes later than normal, birds in his yard

Favorite Toy: rope toys, stuffed kongs, tennis balls, nylabones, his springpole

Favorite Food: raw duck necks are his favorite, but also loves bananas, pinapples & even eats kiwi skins - really he will eat anything - except celery

Favorite Walk: anywhere as long as its in the shade and not uphill, if it includes mud or snow, all the better

Best Tricks: leave it (with a treat on his paw), speak, roll-over, take a bow, back up, give me a kiss, and so many more

Arrival Story: I had been looking for my third dog for about two months. I knew I wanted a male pit bull, and I don't buy from breeders or pet stores so I kept checking the shelters and rescues. Finally, I came across his picture on petfinder.com. He was in a foster home with a rescue group after being found under an abandoned trailer in Tacoma, WA. I drove to pick him up the next week. That was the worst week of waiting ever.

Bio: I have been completely in love with him since day one. He is the goofiest, most well-natured dog I have ever met. He is so calm and easy-going that he doesn't even bark (or notice) when someone comes to the door. Wyatt is a big help to me in my training classes (I am a dog trainer). He is always very patient and calm and helps to teach other dogs good manners. He loves to interact with the puppies in my puppy classes and will lay on his side for the small ones to meet him. Wyatt is also very easy to live with and loves to know what is expected of him. He is a great companion and will keep you company if you are up until all hours of the night, rising early in the morning, or sleeping late into the afternoon!
