Arrival Story:
I was one of 4 when I was adopted by my grandparents along with my brother. Mom says I was a free to good home and that no one had called wanting me so my grandparents did not want to leave me behind. When mom came over to see me and my brother she had to have me. We were made for each other. Mom took me home where I met my sister Daisy. She passed away from something that starts with a "C" a couple of years ago. I miss her. She did not like me at first but I loved her. I love my life. I have my mom trained but don't tell her that.

My father was a purebreed black lab and my mother was a beagle/hound mix. I was one of 4.

It's my woofday and I'm still limping. Mom is worried and still giving me meds. I guess I'm not as young as I use to be and should not have played so rough with the younger pups. She gave me extra loving this morning before going to work and said she would bake me a cake for my woofday. I wonder if I'll have to share. Well better go rest and maybe this leg will feel better soon. I know cake will help.

It's my woofday tomorrow and I have a limp. Played too much today with the younger pups. When will I learn that I may need to slow down a little. Mom gave me some stuff she thinks she hid in some cheese and my food to make me feel better. Maybe I may limp longer since I'm getting all this special attention. Mom has been laying on the floor cuddling with me and ignoring all the others. I may need to work this to my woofday advantage.

Can you believe it ??? Mom was late checking mail and finally told me that I was the royal pup of the day on Princess Divas & Prince Charming group. I can hardly stand still. So happy.
