I can't believe she forgot the most important day in my life, her life, everyone's life, but SHE DID! OMD! She forgot my Gotcha Day. Well, she didn't forget it entirely, she just got the days mixed up. She thought it was today, Aug. 8th, instead of Aug. 6th. I'm ok cause she had so much happen to her 10 years ago & of course she is getting older & the memory is going. My Gotcha Day is Aug. 6th, but Aug. 8th is the day she fell & broke her ankle. How she could confuse a WONDERFUR day with a horrible day, I'm not sure, but I forgive her 99.8%.
She is fallin' (good way) all over herself making today really special for me. I had my paws crossed for a trip to the DQ, but I don't think it's happening tonight. grrrrrrrrrrrrr. I think she's going to take me tomorrow so we celebrate 2 days instead of just one. I'm going to get all I can get out of this boo-boo of hers.
Well, it finally happened. I got to meet baby Dylan for the 1st time yesterday (Fri).
I walked around the house sniffing everywhere, checked out his swing,(sure would love to have one of them in my house for ME!) but showed little interest in him. I was told to be on my bestest behavior when I got to the house. I was, but everyone took that as me having no interest in baby Dylan. First of all, he's sooooooooooooooo tiny & doesn't do anything fun. Mommy held him & I just sat on the back of the couch looking out the window! Even when he cried, it didn't bother me. All he really did was pp or poopie his diaper, eat & sleep. They woke him up for awhile & they all got on the floor with him. He was kinda cute then, but I didn't feel like being on the floor. He got a bath & you won't believe what he did. He pp'd all over his mommy, Amanda!!!!!! AND, they all laughed about it! (they better remember that if someday I decide to pp somewhere that I shouldn't!).
I really, really, really do like the little guy, it's just that I wasn't feelin' real good last night...I gots bad infections in both my ears & mommy put drops in before we left. Gee, maybe I would have been friendlier had she listened to my sister & do them when we got home!
I'm waiting for him to get more movable to enjoy him more. Of course I love him, cause I'm his uncle Maxmillion Winston, the one in a million uncle!
It's official...Baby Dylan Raymond Slaventa arrived on July 13, 2009, weighing in at 7 lbs. 11 oz., 20" long.
I'm very confused by all of this cause everyone was telling me that baby Dylan was in Amanda's tummy?!?!?!?!?!?! Why would she eat a baby???? Now he's here (but I haven't seen him yet). She must have had a tummy ache & throwed him up. Humans do such crazy things.
I'm patiently waiting to meet my little 2 legged nephew. I'm going to wait until they are real settled at home before I visit or maybe they will come here to visit me. I know already that I'm going to love him. I could smell him a bit on mommy & he smelled so sweet.
