This stinks!

So, after my surgery, I was doing really well. Well, on Sunday, I accidentally ripped one of my stitches - I was just feeling so good, that I couldn't stay calm and jumped too high. Mommy called the hospital and they said if it wasn't bleeding, it could wait until the vet opened Monday morning.

So, Monday came, and Daddy took me to the vet. Dr. Jones wasn't there, so I had to see Dr. Gaines. She said it was okay, but "just in case" they put 2 staples in. So now, I can't have another bath for 10 days, and I can't play very much with my friends because Mommy doesn't want me to get hurt.

So, if you could, I'd love some get well wishes from my cyber friends!!

I'm Home!

Well, I had my surgery today. Dr. Jones said I was a champ. I had a couple big dog teeth that had come in, so she pulled the puppy ones (mommy said they are my canines), and I had a "right crypt," so it took a little extra incision.

But, I'm home, doing great! I took a long nap when we got home, and then I got to play with Magic, and Aunt Becca came over to see me for a few minutes, too! I was kinda moody with Magic, though, so she had to go home early.

Well, I better head to bed! Mommy said I can sleep with them tonight so that I don't try to lick my incisions. Oh, and mommy added a few more pictures tonight! Enjoy!

I'm a big boy!

Mommy and Daddy just took me to the vet to get neutered. They said it's very important, but I don't know... I think it might hurt! But, I'll be big and brave because Mommy promised me some peanut butter when I get home tomorrow afternoon!

When the really nice lady that pets me weighed me, I weigh 6.4 lbs! I'm a big boy! When Mommy and Daddy got me, I wasn't even 3 lbs yet, so they are very excited. Magic's mommy said that I'm a pig. But it's okay, because I am! I love to eat!

Well, wish me luck. I'll let you know how my surgery goes. I miss my mommy, and I know she misses me even more!

Mommy and Daddy got married!

Well, on June 1, Mommy and Daddy got married. I was excited because when Mommy took me to school one day, her students asked when her last name would be the same as mine. I didn't think I would get to see her all weekend though, 'cause Daddy said I couldn't be in the wedding.

My best friend, Magic, puppy-sat me, and when her mommy took me for a walk when she got home from the wedding, I heard my mommy's voice across the street at the church! I had to go see her!

I was kind of scared of mommy's dress - it was big and white, and she said she couldn't hold me. But, guess what, somebody picked me up and mommy gave me kisses and told me she missed me! And the person with the camera took pictures of me with mommy and daddy! I tried to smile, but it's hard when there is so much going on and people wanted to see me because I'm so cute!
