Arrival Story:
Went and picked her up from a local breeder February 20, 2000. She was 6 weeks old. Our precious pup left us on July 9, 2008. She had surgery and a malignant cancer that had covered her liver, kidneys and spleen was discovered. We chose to not wake her up and suffer any longer. We miss her so much. Our only comforting thought is that this happened quickly. She was swimming in the lake two days prior to feeling so bad she couldn't walk and didn't want to move. In my heart I believe she wouldn't want to linger for months unable to physically do what she has been so used to doing for years. Swimming, fishing, walking, hiking were her norm. It also comforts me to know that she would have none of me crying when she was alive. She would ALWAYS jump in my lap and lick my face to get me to quit, I am now just waiting for her to come jump in my lap. I know she wouldn't want me to be sad. I love her so much for that and I know how lucky I am to have her love in return.

Bio:
Daddy was named Coppertone French Fries and mom was named Sugar Comes Easy. She has the energy of her daddy and the sweetness of her mother.
