Birthday: April 16th 2007 Likes: napping, chewing, playing in the yard, SNOW!, Ernie the cat, food of all kinds, the vet (suprisingly), his baby pool, the couch Pet-Peeves: dog parks, cats in the neighbor's yards and encountered on walks, plastic bags, big trucks going down the street, cold hot dogs, the snow shovel SCARY!, attendants at the gas station Favorite Toy: blue dino cuz Favorite Food: cheese, nature's variety, wellness core, and everything else except cold hot dogs (he lucks them grilled on the bun with ketchup) and parsley. Favorite Walk: He likes to walk anywhere but on our block or places with lots of trafic and can go pretty far, but in hot weather its the couch and the air conditioner for him Best Tricks: sit, lie down, paw, stay, play dead, wait, go to your place, touch, crawl Arrival Story: I'd wanted a bulldog for a long time but due to the fact I already had three dogs and three cats it was a bit of an impossibility. When I was able to save up enough to buy a house I knew it was time for doggie four and set about researching immediately. I found a wonderful breeder in PA and we looked at all of the puppies in the litter. We didnt get to pick Bob out but the breeder picked the perfect puppy for us, he is so laid back and calm and a great addition to our family! Bio: Bob is a big boy now 65 lbs! He is full of bulldog quirks like the fact that he wont walk down our block without his big brother Norbert. I think its the questionable neighborhood, Bob is a fairly snobby dog. He will walk for miles without if we drive him in our car to another location Then there is his fear of plastic bags. Ive decided these ecentricities are part of Bob's charm. It is pretty cute to see him barking at a plastic shopping bag.
Bob is smart and pretty obedient, he got his CGC yeah! He is a hard head and can be stubborn at times but he is also a total love bug and so devoted to his mom and dad. He is such fun to play with and train, just check out the video of him running, its the cutest thing. Bon definitely lives life to the fullest Forums Motto: To err is human-to forgive canine The Groups I'm In: ♥For the Love of Pets♥, ♫ THE KIT KAT CLUB ♫ ®, ❤LOVE BOAT CRUISE LINE❤, FANCYPANTS CAFE, For The Love Of Pug! Mom and Dad bought me this shirt when they went to the pet expo today with Tubby Ping and Norbert. I stayed home because, well, I do bad things. Like hump friendly people and lunge at dogs. Not all the time but in an overwhelming place like the pet expo that was wall to wall dogs and people, definitely. Even if I do bad things mom and dad still say I am a great dog. I love everyone and Im just a bit over exuberiant because Im so eager and happy. Im going to wear my shirt a lot though, its super cute and it definitely suits me to a t.
I love Christmas. I get cookies galore (2 bags), a gorilla toy, a fetch ball, and mom and dad gave me some sausage. Mom tried to take our picture under the tree but I kept playing dead.
I just graduated from my second Around Town class. I took the class in Old LaFayette village, which is a whole hour away from my house. Luckily I love car rides. The class was from Its Your Dog training which is a very nice positive training place, lots of treats. I did a really good job and got to walk around the village shopping area for three weekends in a row and get treats and cheese. I worked on not jumping up and humping people who pet me and on paying attention to mom and dad.
Today after the last class we stayed at the village for the garlic festival. I ate at a cafe and got pet by tons of people and I was a perfect gentleman. Mom and Dad were very proud of me. They took pictures of me in front of the display of the American Gothic People at the country pantry store and also modeling my mohawk hat from All You Need is Pug on etsy.com. Mom went into a store furry logic that sells handbags that will put your pets picture on them. Now she really wants one of those bags. The only problem is deciding whose picture to put on it. For me its know problem, obviously Im handsomest, but mom has to be diplomatic. She may have to buy 6 handbags.
