Arrival Story: I have always loved Tollers, ever since I can remember and even though she isn't purebred, she was the closest dog I was going to get to a Toller for a while. A friend of ours had an accidental litter (so yes, we do know for a fact that she is a Toller/Border Collie mix) and she offered us a puppy. My family decided we would take one if there were enough females, and there were, so after they were born we were shown pictures and we fell in love with Tango. Even more-so after we went to finally see them. I love Tango more than anything now and can't imagine not having her.

Bio: Unfortunately, on Sept. 11/2007, Tango had to be put to sleep. She woke up one morning and was paralyzed from mid-back down and was in a ton of pain. The vet said she blew a couple of discs and had degenerative disc disease. If we had done surgery, she'd never walk again and that wouldn't have been a good life for her at all. Her best option was to be put to sleep, and it definitely asn't at all an easy decision. She was absolutely everything to me - my world. She was truly and incredible dog and never again will I have another like her, I'm sure. I miss her more than I can even begin to explain. She was my best friend, and only 4 1/2 years old.
