Arrival Story:
Was participating in a job shadow/pretraining at a county shelter in TN, had been looking for a companion dog to my dob/rottx as she was lonely. Wanting a large breed dog, happened to look in the "last day" area and our eyes meet. Once a person was hired they were not allowed to adopt from the shelter so I said "Don't say a word until after I do this paperwork"! She had been with us now for 10 years

Bio:
It appeared that Desiree had come from a home where there might have been domestic volience as most men she didnt care for. But with proper socialization she is much more accepting of them now and loves her "uncles & nephews"
