I worked at an animal hospital and wasn't really looking for a dog. If anything, I'd would have wanted a small dog rather than a big one. One day a friend of mine walked in with a scared,scrawny ,beat up pitbull. She said she had rescued him from an abusive home and that he needed a new one. Even though my heart went out to the dog, I couldn't have him and I was unsure of it. A pitbull? Anyway, he found a home with another friend and I agreed to babysit for him. From the first time I watched him, I loved him. He was the sweetest dog who I realized wouldn't hurt anyone ever. As luck would have it, my friend was unable to keep him and that's how he found a permant home with me.
