Arrival Story:
Jenny is actually my grandpa's dog. My cousin Eleanor is a vet tech at an emergency animal hospital, and Jenny had been in a fight and was there for care. For some reason her people didn't want her anymore. Grandpa's old dog Jessie had recently died, and he claimed he didn't want another one, but we knew he didn't really mean it. Eleanor thought Jenny would be perfect for Grandpa and brought her home to him one day. It's been love ever since.

Bio:
Jenny really loves me because I take her for walks whenever I go over there, or if he brings her to my house. She won't leave me alone until we go for a walk. She's also extremely smart and well-behaved. She does what she's told, and seems to know what a lot of words mean. She definitely knows "walk." Her ears go straight up if you say it. She also knows that we usually go on three: a long one, a short one, and a super short one. After some time has passed after each one, she starts bugging me, ready for the next one. She always remembers we turn left for the long walk, and right for the short one. I use a leash, but I really don't have to because she knows to walk in front of me on the side of the road. HOWEVER, she chases squirrels, so it's better to keep her on a leash so she won't run in front of a car. She is a very sweet and cute dog, and silly. She acts like she wants to chase our cats when she comes over, but if they hiss or squall, she acts afraid of them. She always makes a ruckus whenever I kiss Grandpa on the cheek. We don't know if she's jealous of him or me. I know that if he goes before she does, he will leave her to me, but as much as I love her I don't want her, because it would mean Grandpa was gone. I'd rather just visit them both.

Forums Motto:
Can we go for a walk? Can we huh huh?
