My next door neighbor was on his was to the pound with Tyler when he knocked on my door to ask if there was any chance I may want to rescue him from his dismal fate. Having adored him since I moved here over a year ago, how could I say no to this loveable K9?

Tyler is 9 years old, loves people, a bit fearful of dogs, totally loveable and so much fun.
