Best Tricks: sit,stay,come,heel,lay down,get up,stand,turn,speak,get it,hold it,over,"let's go" meaning weave through my legs, shake Arrival Story: On June 3,2007 we adopted him from a breeder in Springfield Tennessee.In my opinion he was the prettiest and most active of the litter(they were all beautiful,but this one got my attention). Bio: As of June 4,2007 he is 6 weeks old.I am very proud of him.Today,on Monday,July 23rd '07 he is 13 weeks old.He has a fun match in 2 weeks.I had better get to training him.He's already good on the leash.but I need to teach him how to stand on command.He gets so many compliments.People mostly notcie the size of him,his ears,and his paws!He's HUGE for his age!He loves to swim now!I got him in the water for the first time last Monday,today being the 3rd of August.
Update:As of September 10,2007, Jackson is 5 months old!He's around 55 pounds.His first dog show is planned for October 20th and 21st here in Nashville,Tennessee.(end of update)

UPDATE:Jackson is now 7 months old as of November 19,2007.He is now about 70 lbs.He is going to try conformation again when he's about 2 and more trained and socialized.(End of Update)

UPDATE:Jackson turned 10 months old this past Saturday,today being Tuesday,February 26,2008.I took him to Petsmart to socialize him and he did well.People were amazed by his size,being his age.Then we went to McDonald's and I bought him a small Vanilla ice cream cone!We also had Jackson weighed and he's at 78.2 pounds!Also, yesterday,I took him to the park and even though we're not supposed to,let him off the leash to play.It was so fun.(end of update)UPDATE:April 23,2008-Jackson's a year old today!! I made him a cake and took pictures and we're getting him weighed on Saturday.He's so big and has matured SO much since I got him on June 3,2007!
UPDATE:June 16,2008 I found the perfect way for Jackson to get plenty of exercise and for me to have fun at the same time! Jackson pulling me around on rollerblades!!It is SO much fun!!(end of update)
UPDATE: Friday, October 3, 2008- Jackson is probably one of the most serious dogs I've ever met! He does not like to cuddle up next to you, and he doesn;t really like sweet talk! But at the same time he's a good hearted guy that loves us to death, goes crazy when we come home, would protect us with his life, and is just an all around great dog! He needs his annual shots,and we'll probably do that this weekend. I thinking of getting him neutered, as well. Ok, so the whole "I'm a genius" thing is nothing new, but I actually know "go get mommy" and "go get grandpa" and "get your ball"(probably my favorite)
Mom has no idea how I learned the mommy and grandpa thing...
Hm...mom just doesn't know whether or not to show me in the fun match on August 8. I'm better with strangers...but it really depends on the person. And I am good with dogs-I really am-but I sometimes bark at them.
Mom just hopes I don't cause any grief for the other handlers and whatnot!
Mom's been stacking me at home, and I do really well,but what will happen actually being AROUND people??
