Goldie Chops Diary

Wednesday 6th June

What a day....Firstly, I went for my usual trot around the park - I was too hot to trot though.. (I'm not liking this hot weather). Then my mummy took me for a drive in the car.....or so I thought.....We had to go and pick up Gordana and go and collect some egyptian food in Itaewon. I had my head out the window the whole way - it was great! I think my mummy was torturing me though, because when Gordana came in the car with the food - she wouldn't let me sit with her (I only wanted to taste a little - I wouldn't eat the whole lot - I'm not that greedy!) The smell was making me crazy...and as if that wasn't bad enough - Bongo didn't come in the car to play with me. He was made to stay at home and look after the house. I just wanted to play with him (I promised Gordana I wouldn't hump him anymore.. I'm, a big girl now and I don't do that stuff anymore - I'm, 11months!!). (BTW - it's my birthday on 4th July) I want to have a party somewhere nice (not in our garden....cause I've peed all over the grass and it doesn't look very nice) Maybe I can have it at Dr Kwons cause all the dogs I know go there!

So then my mummy goes to see Bongo and leaves me at home all by myself! I was a bit scared but I didn't show it...My eye started to swell up like a balloon and I coudn't open my eye! When mummy came home, she was really worried. So, this morning, off I went to see Dr Kwon AGAIN! (I think I should have a bed in his shop) He said I must have got stung by a wasp. I must be such a blonde, cause I can't remember a wasp stinging me. I think I would have remembered that! So, he gave me 2 injections, antibiotics & horrible eye drops which I really don't like. I pretend I'm asleep a lot so my mummy doesn't put them in....(I'm not as stupid as I look hey?!) She's given me loads of treats today cause I think she feels sorry for me. I just know how to look sad and I get what I want...Just wait until my Daddy comes home and I'm going to be spoiled BIG TIME! He's a sucker for my big brown eyes (or at least one big swollen red eye...)

That's all my news for today - I think I'll go outside before it rains otherwise I'll get a telling off for being all wet & muddy - and I might just dig a hole, so I'd better behave if I want treats today.

Sunday 3rd June

What a day! Chaitanya (my dog trainer) came to see me today. He made me sit a lot and wouldn't let me into the good part of the house. Who does he think he is....Doesn't he know I'm in charge of this house?! He took me to Samchung Park, but I was too hot to do anything. I saw some birdies, but I was too hot to chase them today. My mummy gave me an ice lolly (watermelon...Mmm my favorite), 3 koreans took pictures of me licking my lolly. Have they never seen a dog lick a lolly before?! I don't know......I like to go sniffing for food (my mummy calls me garbage guts) but I can't eat the Kimchi. Must be too spicy for me...I only like lamb bones! Luckily Chaitanya gave me lots of treats today. He was trying to get me to drop the ball - and everytime I dropped it, he gave me a treat! (I know how to drop a ball - I was just pretending I didn't know....he's so gullible). My mummy says I'm a good girl now (after my training) - I still chew her flip flops & slippers though....They say it's cause I'm still a puppy - but it's because I like the smell. She says if I chew the Birkenstocks I'm in big trouble. I'd better be a good girl cause she might not give me a lamb bone...
