Arrival Story:
We had been looking for a couple of years on and off and thought we had found our dream dog. He was a male mini dachshund at the pound. We really bonded with him and prematurely named him Ernie. After a messy foulup with the pound we lost him to a Dachshund rescue that shall go unnamed. When we finally found our little gal, we had to name her Ernestine (Ernie for short). She is our little Dachshund Diva!
