Hi Everyone. I know the big thing lately is the stuffies without any stuffing in them. Well, mom got a catalog in today's mail that had 2 for $5.95. I think thats a good price since we've seen them for lots more. It has a skunk and a racoon in the set. We don't know the quality or anything about them. (Mom's never ordered anything from this company before.) We just thought we'd pass the information on in case anyone wants some or wants to try them. At that price, mom said we can try them too.
Mom used to buy me some of those called Skinnneeeez...there were two squeakers and a tiny bit of stuffing in the head. I was always good at finding the stuffing and making the biggest mess possible! BOL! I got mad at those toys for not having lots of stuffing, so I shredded them... ;) you are so lucky! i can't have stuffies..i am a detail chewer and work on the weak spots like the eyes or ears to get to the stuffing inside! 2 or 3 times i managed to eat the fluffy innards. so i am banned now from stuffies and i do love them so! :( i got one of the 'skinless'. it was a weasel or a mink i think but i didn't have it but 2 weeks when i started eating it's legs. so i am banned from them also :( i thought the whole point is to chew on him?? now i only get the fabric braided tugs (the soft ones they call floss), i can disintegrate the rope ones. in fact, mommy wasted a lot of money on toys that say 'indestructable' and 'tough' on the label. a couple of mini tennis balls (could care less) and some talking heavy rubber toys (eh) thank dog for my bully sticks! otherwise i would be bored stiff! :D can't wait to hear which ones you get! I love my Skineeez ducks. They are just great for flapping around and hitting yourself in the head! Some of the raccoons and skunks types look like Road Kill! :-0 We don't get points or anything here's another good place to order from. http://www.bestfriendsgeneralstore.com/ And Betsy and Norman are Dogster dogs. Boudreaux and Nina, ya'll are some tough characters on them toys aren't ya! And you could tear up the indestructable ones too? WOW, I am SO impressed!! BOL Zoe, me and Austin love to shake our toys so when we get these new ones, we'll have to have mom get some asprin for our head! BOL Zoe, I forgot to thank you for that link. Mom's lookin' at all the stuffs they have right now. Lots of reasonable stuffs too! Thanks so much!! We luv skineeeeeez!!! Less mess and great for self-flagellation when doing death shakes! Doo, someplace on the main page of the Best Friends General Store you can sign up for a newsletter type deal. That will have some money saving coupons from time to time. :-) And by the way, the Skineez are so soft, you won't get a headache! I love doing the shakey shakeies with the Skineezzz! And you're right Zoe, they are so soft you don't need any aspirin :) Thanks for the info Doo! I am one of those toy killers, too...and an expert destuffer! Then when they are 'dead' I lose interest... Even the ones that return from major toy hospital surgical repairs...bah! Get me a new one Growlmy! Sometimes the big box stores and marts have fleece ones that go for about $1 each. That's not too bad for the pocket that has to be opened to get me those... Skinnies, I have not yet tried! Growlmy? Can we check it out? Have fun with yours! I have some of those - they are fun! Your gonna love them Doo!! When your doing the death shakes make sure to get your Mom's legs, they really like when you do that. Just ask mine...BOL |
