Eat and follow his owners all over. He loves to kiss (if left to his own devices, he would kiss you all day long). He loves new collars and new bandannas. He is so vain.

Touching his paws. Other dogs near our property or people for that matter.

Favorite Toy:
Pig ears.

Favorite Food:
Lamb, coffee, Blue Dog Peanut Butter Molasses cookies, and anything human.

Favorite Walk:
Has yard.

Best Tricks:
Sitting, opening doors, knows different rooms, tattle tale. Sitting up in his "Little Teapot" pose and talking to us.

Arrival Story:
Oreo was not meant to come live with us. We originally planned on adopting his sister, Cayce, which we did. Then a friend asked us to get him a male, so we picked out Oreo. The friend couldn't keep Oreo, so we kept him and he stayed with us.

Oreo is no longer with us. He developed a brain tumor and had to be put to sleep. We will miss him so much. We just want him to know how much he meant to us and someday we'll be together again. We love you, Oreo. Big Momma

You've been gone for eight months now and I miss you so much. You were the greatest dog I ever had the pleasure to share my life with. You were always there when I needed you most. No better friend could be found if I searched the whole world. You might not have been the friendliest dog with other people, but you were loyal to me and Jessica. She misses you, too. I hope you and Cayce get along better now that you are both at Rainbow Bridge. We miss you both. I hope you are no longer suffering and rest assured, if there is a way we can be together again in the afterlife, I will come looking for you. I love you big guy. Take care of sissie and rest in peace.

Big Momma

Hurricane Jeanne

Wow. That was scarey stuff. It was the fourth hurricane I went through. It was windy and the trees were falling over everywhere. Then the electricity went out. We live in a metal house and it got sooo hot. My mommy decided to take us to grandma's house so we could stay cool. We took Cayce to the kennel, but they couldn't take me, because I don't like people too much or other dogs. I don't know why. They say I'm antisocial. Whatever that means. I like people and I like other dogs, I just feel threatened by them. Even though I'm a big strong kickass dog. I could beat any one of them up. I'm not afraid of anything, except new people, other dogs, my momma touching my paws or my back (I'm always afraid she's going to put some of that orangey smelling stuff they call 'Advantage' on me).
Anway, the electricity is back and we're all back home safe and sound. No problemo. I hope this will be the last. Did you know the new name for Florida is the Plywood State? Hee hee.

Dear Diary,
Tomorrow is my big momma's birthday and my little momma has to have surgery in a really bad place. I hope she'll be ok.
Maybe when she's better they'll take me for a ride in the car again. Man, do I love to ride in the car. I like to watch those big machines with the wheels. The great big ones that make you feel like a flea. They are so big and strong. I wouldn't wanna mess with one of them. Big momma says they're called trucks. I wanna truck. I wanna ride in a truck. Maybe momma will buy a truck so she can take me for a real ride. I could go all over the place and everyone would say, "Look at that black dog go. Go, black dog, go!!" And I would be feared.
I'm kinda glad Ivan is gone. Now we have to watch out for Jeanne. Whoever Jeanne is. I think it's a girl. I'm not afraid of no girl. Then maybe there will be Karl. We'll see what happens with him.
I'm kinda tired tonight so I don't have much to add. I'll talk at ya tomorrow dear Diary.

May God love all the critters big and small.
