FOOD. Millie has an insatiable appettite. She loves any and all foods, and we have to work VERY HARD to regulate her diet.

She HATES getting her claws trimmed, it's the one thing she can not stand.

She doesn't really have a toy that she likes in particular.

Aything and everything.

Favorite Walk:
Millie is blind, but she's actually very good on a leash. She likes to walk around the neighborhood.

Best Tricks:
The fact that Millie gets around the house as well as she does is impressive. Her blindness does not hold her back at all.

Arrival Story:
We met Millie through LL dog Rescue. We were told that she was blind and thought that we could care for her since we our dog Gus was mostly blind. When we brought her home, she was kind of indifferent toward us. In time though, she warmed up to us and the other dogs: Major, Sasha, and Noel. She began to stay particularly close to Noel, an American Eskimo, who was her "guide" around the house.

Bio:
Despite being blind, Millie is not timid. While Major is eating, she'll walk right between his legs and up to the food bowl, and take it over. If she wants to sleep in a dog bed that's already occupied, she'll back herself up, inch by inch, and push the other dog right off! Once, while I was having band rehearsal, she crawled into my friend's open saxophone case and took a nap in it. She is very curious, and loves to explore the house (mostly in search of food). She is really laid-back and calm and has such a relaxed nature.
