Birthday: April 1st 1994 Likes: Sitting on the patio chair and getting sun bathed. Having my dad give her kisses on her forehead Pet-Peeves: sleeping outside. She got cold at night. Favorite Toy: Empty water bottles to chew on Favorite Food: Carne Asada Favorite Walk: Cookie just loved to run around the yard and during her older years she just loved to sit and sun bathe. Best Tricks: She did whatever you asked her to do. She loved giving you her paw as if to shake your hand. Arrival Story: We got cookie and her brother "Bullet" (he was quick) when I was 14 as a gift from my sister's friend They were just 2 weeks old. I remember giving them the bottle to feed them and just cuddling with them. Sadly, a heartless soul poisoned "bullet" and we were left with just our Ms. Cootie. She was very protective of us all and was the sweatest pit I ever knew. I can honestly say that thanks to her I don't have a fear of large dogs or pits for that matter. She grew to be a huge part of the family. My only regret was that we never socialized her because we didn't have the time. I think my dogs now have to thank her because I'm trying to do with them what I was certainly unable to do with her. She will always be missed. Bio: Cookie past away last May (06) from a rare heart condition that caused her whole body to swell up from fluid building up all over her body. Although she was extremely ill, she never ever complained. My brother did everything he could to make her days easier, but eventually she passed on.
