Arrival Story:
Rooey picked me out for my birthday and came to live with me the day I moved into my first apartment. We visited every rest area on the way home from his birthplace--oh, how the rest area lawn smelled wonderful!

Bio:
Though he's got AKC papers stating he's all chihuahua, he's usually mistaken for a goofy-looking papillon. Rooey is spoiled rotten and loves people, especially letter carriers. They always want to pet him, and he's a sucker for a good belly-rub. Rooey's sister is Willie (a silky terrier) but he's not the best younger brother--fortunately Willie is very patient.
