Sun Sign: Quick Bio:
 Birthday: February 22nd 2004
 Likes: Food

Pet-Peeves: loud voices

Favorite Toy: Bone, Kong, Empty plastic flower pots.

Favorite Food: everything

Favorite Walk: around the 'hood

Best Tricks: My best trick is walking around on my hind legs.

Arrival Story: I was hanging out in the middle of the road at the end of a long highway leaving Atlanta, GA on a dark night where I found my momma in a warm dry car. Momma thinks my previous caretakers left me there. I had no ID, and was emaciated, so she did not look too hard to find them. Luckily I had no health problems other than a really bad case of hookworms. I went to my new home and met my new brother JD who loves having his ears nibbled on. Which is great because I love to nibble on ears. I had a lot to learn about living inside, apparently this was a new experience for me. Our boss/cat Zoey made quick work of training me. I was extremely submissive, shy, and a bit of a pee-er at that time of my life, but my people helped me regain my confidence. I'm still wary of people I don't know, although my goofy antics keep everybody laughing. My people had never seen a dog that popped herself in the nose with her own tail when she wags it like I do.

Bio: I'm not sure if I'm part Saluki or part Afghan, but definitely a sight hound. I love squirrels, ducks, songbirds, and airplanes. I also pounce on my toys with my front feet and bat them around like a cat.
I'm having a really hard time giving up my dumpster diving ways since I got off the streets, I just have nibble on a little toilet paper every now and then...

Forums Motto: Look what I can do!

A couple of weeks ago our door bell rang and two pups were sitting on our front porch in a box. I am NOT a big fan of puppies. (I know this is not a popular position...but I'm sticking to it.) My people have shown these puppies to everyone they know trying to find a home for them, but no takers on the little brats yet. to anyone who reads this, PLEASE HELP!!!! TAKE THEM AWAY!!!
(Their links are on my home page...Belle and Loretta...whatever)

Ok so I'm not a biter, but I do a pretty good low growl.
I have been very very busy lately. We get up really early in the morning before the sun comes up. Which I'm cool with. I'm always game for pretty much any activity...anything, I just like to stay BUSY! Then we go out and trot around the bock for about 45 minutes and watch the sun come up. Awsome! Why haven't we been doing this all along?
JD tells me we're helping my momma train for The Atlanta Half Marathon! He says we bring in money for The Leukemia & Lyphoma Society. I always try to help out any way I can! Blood cancers affect both pets and their people. Finding a cure will save the lives of many of our human and furry freinds. If you want to donate to our wonderful cause click on our donation link : JD & Lucy's Team In Training Page and throw us some bones!
Love,
JD
