Arrival Story:
My daughters 1st dog Jack died & she was heartbroken. We went to the pound to adopt a dog. After my daughter looked at mostly all of them, we came across a small skinny beagle who would not come out of her cage, we literally had to pull her out. This dog was so sad and scared, she had already given up. We were told she was approximately 5 years old & found as a stray. She was already at the pound longer than usually before being euthanized. Nobody wanted her because she was so old with no energy & the rest of the dogs were active & younger. We took her home & have had her now 2 years. Baby was very nervous & timid. She doesn't really know how to play, she used to just cower in a corner. We think she was once abused, so we spoil her as much as we can!! WE LOVE HER SO MUCH!! Our family wouldn't be the same without her.

Bio:
We know Baby has had puppies, but was spayed at the pound. The vet guesstimates her to be about 7 years old now. She has to take cortisone as she seems to have some kind of skin allergy. Baby also loves to pee on the carpet-I don't know why, maybe because she's older. I know she can go a long time in the car or other places & not pee, but at home she can't won't hold it. She also knows that I'll give her a dirty look & she'll just look at me with those sad eyes & wag her tail. She knows I can't stay mad at her!
