We have a path that runs alongside a river. Jack loves to walk the path everyday.

Arrival Story:
We wanted to adopt a rescue dog, so we searched several of the local shelters. When we first saw Jack, his ears were as big as his entire body. We looked at the other dogs, but we couldn't help going back to Jack. We were all set to adopt him, but they told us he would probably be 65 or more pounds. We didn't want that large of a dog, so we decided to wait. That night, however, I couldn't stop thinking about him. I researched his age and characteristics. We decided that he was just too cute and loving to pass up. We adopted him the next day! He hasn't grown over 40 lbs!
