Likes: Her sisters Chili and Amy, Mom & Dad, food, running around the house at warp speed
Pet-Peeves: Ringing doorbells, car horns, having her face shaved, chipmunks eating her tomatoes
Favorite Toy: Baby Angel, Christmas Elf, any toy that Chili is playing with
Favorite Food: You name it, she loves it, but most of all she loves Frosty Paws, lobster, carrots, cheese and chicken
Favorite Walk: Our lawn
Best Tricks: Waving, "kick your feet", "show your teeth", getting the toilet paper ready in the morning
Arrival Story: We found Tiki on the internet and held our breath until her breeder wrote and told us she could be our baby. Afterward, we found out that she was supposed to go to someone else but they were hospitalized before finalizing the deal and missed out on her. Her sister Chili was also supposed to go to someone else, so we feel these two were really meant to be!
If you are looking for a wonderful Chinese Crested pal of your own, please consider rescue. There are lots of great little kids looking for forever homes.
Bio: She has to have suntan lotion put on her every day so she doesnt burn, and she wears little Tshirts and fleece jammies in the winter. She is obsessive about chipmunk patrol. She gets up in the middle of the night to give kisses all around. She is so full of joy that she wraps her arms around your neck and legs around your waist and gives tight hugs while making huge contented sighing sounds.
She has also learned that toilet paper is the last step of the morning routine before Mom goes and gets her breakfast for her, so she has decided to speed the process up by "helping" with this step. She runs over to the toilet paper holder, stands on her hind feet, uses one paw to unspool a suitable amount of paper, then sits down and looks back and forth from the paper to Mommy until she gets the desired result. Since she has learned this trick, she has done it without fail every morning. She is very, very smart and has taught herself all kinds of amazing things!

The 5 things I want for Christmas are:
1) A loving home for every homeless dog
2) A quarter pounder with cheese
3) That all my friends have a wonderful Christmas
4) A quarter pounder with cheese
5) An end to global warming (and a quarter pounder with cheese-have I
mentioned that yet??)
Oh boy! Calvin, my best pal in the whole world, gave me a subscription to Dogster Plus! Isn't he just the greatest little kid in the whole world? (Of course, there IS a downside to all of this joy...now Mom has an excuse to chase me around the house with the camera some more. Ick!) Anywho, thank you SO much Calvin!! You're the best :)
Today is my birthday. I am three years old today. What a day I had. I got my breakfast hand-fed to me (well, OK, so I get it hand-fed to me every day, because I inhale it and then almost choke to death if they don't give it to me piece by piece...), then me and Chili had Frosty Paws. Then we had a little watermelon, then it was a round of Greenies. Chili was very mean to me, though. She hung on to her Greenie and didn't even take a single nibble the whole time I was eating mine. She kept checking on my progress. As soon as I was all done with mine, she started taunting me because she still had one to eat. Little stinker. So I laid on the bed under the fan and sulked for a while (then we had a round of tummy aches from all the stuff they fed us today). Plus I got an Eyore doll, and Chili got a Pluto doll (it works out for me on her birthday, when I get a present, too!) The only weird part of the day was being put in the kitchen sink over and over and having cool water poured all over me. Did I mention it was almost a hundred degrees today? They put suntan lotion on me and I looked like a greasy little fried chicken. Anywho...it was great to be me today!
