He was abandoned with his brother and needed a place to call home.

Bio:
Poor Jack is deaf as a post and needs to follow Billy everywhere. He is very prone to ear infections but you can't keep him out of the water. Billy isn't great in the water and Bella doesn't float so swimming is the only thing Jack is best at.
