Arrival Story:
She was in a kennel in a grocery store parking lot and some kids were selling her and her brothers. I took one look at her and knew she was coming home with me!

Bio:
Now she is a mystery to us. Skye Terrier ears, Shih Tzu tail, Eskimo body? Tika has been recently diagnosed(DEC 2008) with Immune-Mediated Thrombocytopenia and we are fighting for her recovery. Update April 2009. Happily she has recovered from IMT with heavy doses of Prednisone and prayers, and we have our paws crossed that she won't ever have a relapse! She is back to her funny and entertaining terrier self!

New Year’s Reflections

Looking back on the months gone by,
As a new year starts and an old one ends,
We contemplate what brought us joy,
And we think of our loved ones and our friends.

Recalling all the happy times,
Remembering how they enriched our lives,
We reflect upon who really counts,
As the fresh and bright new year arrives.

And when I/we ponder those who do,
I/we immediately think of you.

Sometimes I wonder what life would be like if someone else had found me and taken me home.

I wonder if the Mom and Dad would be as loving as mine are.

I wonder if I would have a brofur or sisfur to play wiff like I do now.

I wonder if I would be as happy as I am now.

I wonder.....why am I wondering?

I am so lucky to be loved and enjoyed by my pawrents and my brofur.

There is no need to wonder at all!

I received a gift from the family of Coby the other day and I want to thank them for giving me a beautiful crown but I can't find them . When I click on the name in the gift box it goes to my corral page and I can't find Coby or his family anywhere!
