Arrival Story:
I was babysitting Oscar when he was a year old and his Mom (my sister) had to go to the hospital for a lung transplant. She was in the hospital for 5 months and then went to heaven. I don't remember what life was like before I had Oscar, but I don't want to be without him now. He is so much company and very entertaining.

Bio:
He loves to find a groundhog hole and dig in it at the park. He is very friendly and meets company at the door, makes them welcome, runs and gets his toy to offer them. He thinks everyone just comes to see him and most of them do.

If I were only bigger.

Today we went for a ride in MY truck. I love to go because I can sit on my person's lap and see all the squirrels, rabbits, etc. from that "perch". I get so excited when I see a squirrel or bunny that I bark and try to get through the windshield, thus smearing up the windows with nose prints galore. Well, today was no exception, we went to the park and always have fun on the way.
We had a nice walk around and I got to sniff sooo many trees. A lot of my friends had been there. After the park though, we went for a longer ride to see my "sister", Ann. She has a yellow lab and he is huge!!! His name is Duke.
He is just a puppy and wants to play but he is so rough. One paw could lame me so I hide behind my person if I can. That giant wouldn't let me alone. My person was sitting on a glider so I asked if I could be up on her lap, just to make me as high as Dukey. Do you know that Dukey stepped up onto the glider. He didn't have to jump, he just stepped right up there and sat up like he owned it. He then tried to kiss my person and me. It was like getting a bath. I was so tired just from protecting myself, that I had to take a nap in my truck on the way home. I am happy to be all in one piece.
