Rainbow Bridge

Sometime early Tuesday morning (June 19)I slipped quietly over to Rainbow Bridge. I started limping on my left back leg a little bit on Sunday and Mommy cleaned my foot and leg to make sure nothing was stuck in my paw. When Mommy got home from work Monday evening I couldn't use my back legs at all. She fixed a nice comfortable place for me and said we would go to the doctor if I wasn't better in the morning. Well I just went to sleep and never woke up. Anyway it is great here at the Bridge. My fur sister Sarah Lee was the first to greet me. Then I saw Alley and Dixie and lots of my dogster and catster friends. Today I'm going with Sarah Lee, Alley, and Dixie to my house and we are taking Susie, Duchess and Tiger on a trip-maybe to Paris, Venice or Bergen Norway. I can hardly wait. My Mommy is so sad and besides losing me she's been down with bronchitis. I hope she feels better soon.

More Snow

What a great morning. I woke up and it had snowed 5 inches and maybe 1 more inch for tonight. Mommy let me out to play this morning and I didn't want to come in. I wanted Mommy to stay and play with me but she had to go to work. Oh well-maybe I can convince her to stay home tomorrow. We have already had 3 or 4 snows in Nashville since December. That's more than we get usually for the entire winter. And thank you to my friend Demon Flash Bandit for having a talk with Mother Nature about more snow.

Snow

Finally some much awaited snow. It started on Christmas Eve-Nashville's first white Christmas in 17 years. We all enjoyed watching it and hopefully it helped Santa get through Nashville easier. We dogs got our own special treats-rawhides and bacon treats and the cats got salmon. Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year.
