Arrival Story: I went to buy a puppy from the breeder we got Titan at, and out of all the pups they had there, she walked a little crooked due to a middle ear infection. She stole my heart, and seemed to "choose me". All the other pups would come over and walk away to play with each other, but she came to me and sat right next to me almost the entire time. I knew she was the one from the moment I saw her!

Well I just turned two yesterday, and mommy had a cake for me and made some homemade doggie cookies! They were so yummy I stuffed myself! I also got a jolly ball with a rope through it so Gaige and I can play together with it- we love tug o' war!! We missed Titan being here, but we know he was with us in spirit- we still feel him around at times. Mommy is trying not to be so sad, and she says that between me and Gaige she doesnt have time to sit! Eh, sitting is overrated anyway- and she doesnt even get a biscuit for being good!
I am really liking having a new brother, mom was worried because I was snappy with him the first couple of days and didnt want him to be near me- but I was just letting him know I was here first and he has to let me accept him on my own! Now, we play like he has been here forever, its alot of fun to have someone to run and play with again, and even if mommy says we get too wild, dont let her fool you she really loves to watch us and laughs quite a bit- its good to make her smile again!
Well it looks like I am going to be getting another brother. Mommy does volunteer work for GSD rescue's and animal shelters, and there was a one year old boy in Alabama that caught her eye- and apparently her heart! He was surrendered by his owner because he "jumped the fence" and kept escaping. Seems like alot of southern dogs are being surrendered for silly reasons, and mom says she would like to go slap some sense into these people. We are supposed to go pick him up next weekend a few hours from here- he is coming up on a transport for the rescue. Mom has alot of emotions because she is so sad about Titan and how bad he has been doing, and the fact that I have not been exposed to alot of other dogs. She knows my new brother -"Gaige", is good with other dogs though so I guess she is worried about how I am going to feel about him, and she told me I better be a good girl when he gets here and no fighting! I also have a "skin sister" and mom heard that Gaige is great with everyone but she doesnt know if he has been around kids so we have to be watchful and make sure the two of them are good together. She is also very happy and excited to meet him, she has been waiting on him for 3 weeks now. So on June 9, if all goes as planned, we will be welcoming Gaige into our family! He better not try to take my toys though... or my treats... or hog my mommy because I do that enough for both of us! :)
