Arrival Story:
I was visiting my parent in Cullowhee, NC and saw a sign for the local rescue (ARF). I begged my mom to stop so we could just look. I looked, but saw nothing small enough. A nice lady from ARF approached me and asked what I was looking for. I told her something tiny and who would be a great lap dog. She told me I was in luck, two dogs had just been picked up from the pound. One was Marley and the other his sister. It was love at first sight. His long hair was horribly matted and he smelled like a stinky gym sock, but it didn't matter. He had dredlocks hanging from his forehead...there was the inspiration for his name!
