Cold Snap is Ending!January 19th 2012 9:02 pm[ View A Comments (5) ] Mom doesn't have to work tomorrow and we are supposed to warm up again. In fact, it is already 5 degrees warmer than it was at this time yesterday. I got through it very well in my dog house with heating pad. I was completely out of the wind too. It is just boring not to be able to go anywhere for so many days. And with the flaps Mom put on my door, I couldn't even see anything while in there. Boring. When I was younger, and had my winter coat, we would still go out on cold days like this. But not, with my age, and the false shedding of my winter fur, it wasn't a good idea. Come Saturday it is supposed to be plenty warm for us to go out for a walk. And this might be the last of the nasty part of winter. Hopefully.
Have a great walk on Saturday, Lobo! We're freezing up here, too, Lobo! I don't stay outside very long, so Ma hasn't even tried walking me. Brr! Glad you are staying warm Lobo and we sure hope that you get to go for a walk Saturday! Hugs for you and Mum.... sooooooo hoping the cold goes and stays away.. everywhere is weird weird weather. We are used to huge rapid temp rises and drops here.. but even so its not anything like "normal" winter.. and the summer was a furnace. it's not ownly U's who stayed in, bro. it happened with meez here too!! had to stay inside my cave with my pups becuz of the cold breezes and stuffs. my owners would've shorely killed meez if i tried to go out. thez is always there to bug me and efun if thez not, they'd definitely keep someone to spy on meez!! :( |
