Mom ordered me some boots! She is afraid I'm gonna wear out the tips and tops of my back feet. Well, 3 days after she placed the order, I wore one of my back claws down enough that it bled. So no more walkies for me until I get my boots. I'm not too sure what I think about wearing boots.
We went into town for my 4th laser therapy appointment. We aren't too sure if it is helping my other problems because of my elbow problem and now my claw! They said my elbow is healing really well so my culottes did the trick. I have only a few more days of antibiotics to take.
Needless to say, when I get my boots, pics and videos will follow. I will try to not look goofy while wearing them. Sheesh, i'm getting embarrassed just thinking about it.
Any other doggies out there wear booties?

LOTS of doggies wear boots ... LOTS....

Flicka had to to help his paws heal when they split .

Baxter my beloved Pal who has a back end doggie wheel chair has to wear them.

Honestly... LOTS do .. for lots of different reasons. It takes a little getting used to.. but ALL will be WELL !

I wear them in the winter time Lobo! I kinda do a high kick when they first go on, but then I just ignore them and go on!

Momma got both Coco and me leather boots when we went to New Mexico last winter and it was snowing. Notice none of the pictures posted show either of us actually wearing them because we both REFUSED!!! One pair was way too big and the other fit but we didn't want to wear them, plus they were pink. Momma said it was wasted money - BOL, BOL I have been know to wear the flannel black boots outside when it is raining because I don't like to get my toes wet - BOL, BOL

Im sure it will take some time to get used to the boots but you will be so greatful to have them

Thanks everyone for the words of wisdom! It is making me feel better. The lady that last ran my laser therapy session has some for her older dog and said they will be good for me.
One thing that we hadn't thought of is that they might help me from sliding around so much on the slippery floor in the house! They should be arriving any day now.
