I'm having a bit of a hard time making the leap into the back of my truck. Mom built me a step a few weeks ago and it helped. But, I still found it tough to even use that. So, Mom got busy and fabricated a ramp for me. After a few tests, it is doing the trick. A video and photos are in the works.
So I'm good to go for a while longer.
Kitcat, my kitten friend, has tried to scrap with me! She boxed my muzzle and bit at my front legs! Mom jumped right up and snatched the brat away and told me, "Good Boy! Thank you for not hurting that little brat." I'm good with that. I like that spunky little girl.
The best news of all is that there is a squirrel hanging around our yard. That gives me something to do. Mom knows that so she is trying to encourage this furry little critter to hang around.
Life is good.

Thank you friends! The ramp is cool and I'm using it properly. At first, I tried to jump right over it! I now know how to use it.
The squirrel will be much fun. We hope it hangs around.

The peeps built me a ramp to come up the stairs on the outside of the house. It is pawsome. Hope your ramps helps you as much as my ramp helps me.

Hi Abby!
Mom was very happy to see me using the ramp the way I should instead of trying to jump over it or hurry up it. So, she bought some more hardware to finish it up. She is going to make it so it hooks up and cannot slip sideways or off the lip of the tailgate. Just while we were testing it, she braced it with her foot and leg. People can do amazing things with their hands.
