Likes:
Running! I love to get the biggest dog to chase me, like my friend Gracie who is a Great Dane, such fun!

Pet-Peeves:
Having you leave him behind every morning when we go to work.

Favorite Toy:
I really like an toy that someone is willing to play with me. I am especially fond of toys that belong to other doggie friends of mine, it is so much fun to sneak up from behind and snatch the frisbee right out of their mouth!!

Favorite Food:
I have developed a great affinity for any tasty bits, especially if they come from my mom or dad! I do prefer my water out of a clean cup or bowl - no puddles for this dog!

Favorite Walk:
The beach, by far!

Best Tricks:
Moving the shoes from the shoe rack to the middle of the living room floor.

Arrival Story:
I adopted this cute little dog from the Thompson River Animal Care Shelter (www.pet-TRACS.com). This little venture, which turned large very quickly with a hoarding case, was developed by my aunt with the help of several like minded individuals in the community. Marty is one of the dogs that has since come to the shelter and has been a wonderful addition to the family (and he does great in our apartment because he is only 32 lbs.).

Bio:
Editors Note: Originally we had thought this dog was a Golden Retriever/Pug mixture, however upon further research (i.e. dog breed book) we have discovered that he very closely resembles a stretched out Tibetan Spaniel. He also has many of the personality traits of this breed. I will never know his true background but I am still at a loss to explain how he came to be in Montana, since the breed is relatively rare in the states.....your thoughts?
