Arrival Story:
Well Friday around like 6 or so I was hanging out with 2 of my friends and as we were walking around I just happend to look up and see the cutest little dog on a 2nd floor porch and well i guess I said aww kinda lound because the lady living there came out and asked me if I wanted her. She told me that she worked for DHL and someone just put her in the truck while she was delivering something. So since it was Fri. and I volenteer at the Petsmart adoption agency, called Sad* Sac*, I told the lady I would take her, and since im 15 I had to ask my mom...errrggg...My mom not wanting another animal in the house cause we have so many already(1 dog, flying squirrel, 2 fish and 3 lizards) said we couldn't even take the pup overnight...So I was running all over my neighborhood tryin to find someone to take her for the night until I ran into my neighbor, Tim, that lives across the steet. He said he would take her for the night. The next morning I showed up at work right on time and my boss said we could adopt her out but we had no foster. So I asked Tim and he said he would foster her. During the time we were trying to adopt her out everyday I would take the dog, who we decided to call Dakota, to my house to play with my 10 pound mini poodle Nemo. I had never seen Nemo play with another dog this great before because when he was 4 months old he got trampled on by a hound the same age but 20 lbs heavier. This was also my idea to try to get my mom to fall inlove with her like I had so we could get her since I had the money left over from my b-day for her adoption fee...Well after a month and no one adopting her my mom finnaly cracked and talked it out with our landlord and we got to keep her...

Bio:
I have worked with dogs for as long as I can remember and I love to try to try and figure out what breeds some dogs are mixed with, i dnt care if its accurate its just fun for me, and Im good at it...lol...But with Dakota I know she has these 3 breeds in her, German Shepherd, Shar Pei, and Shiba Inu. Other than that idk, but thats what Im sticking with :).
