Arrival Story: Kerri came to us one Saturday, during our routine of adopting dogs/puppies at PetSmart. She had been running as a stray and a very nice maillady rescued her off the street. I was asked to foster her until a spot opened up at our shelter by our adoption coordinator. I saw this brown dog in the crate who seemed pretty calm and bewildered. I got her home that night and began bathing her. I don't think we realized until after we received her that she was a true blue Yorkie with a bad skin condition. Probably why she was dumped.
