Arrival Story:
In May of 2006, I lost a big part of my life when my sweet girl Sophie passed over to the Rainbow Bridge. Sophie had been with me fifteen years. She was the love of my life. In December the same year , I lost another big part of my life. My sweet boy Brock went to the Rainbow Bridge. Brock was my mother's dog. When she passed, Brock came to be with me. I not only lost my sweet boy, but I felt like I had lost the last part of my mom. My heart was in pieces. If it were not for my sweet Lakota, I would have been alone. My friend has a Cocker Spaniel Rescue near by. She was called in November 2006 about a little Cocker roaming the streets of Gainsville Georgia. A lady named Faith found her and called my friend. So Faith became her name. She remained with my friend until Jan. 2006. I was not at all sure I was ready for another dog. I was missing Sophie and Brock so. I ask my friend if one of her Cockers could spend the weekend with me. This is when I met my sweet little Faith. It was like I felt my heart pulling back together again. I let her go back home with my friend. I felt guilty and not sure, but I missed Faith. Two weeks later I adopted her. She has been such a blessing. My friend had not posted her to be adopted. She said she felt like she needed to save her for someome. That someone was me. I will always miss Sophie and Brock. Faith is helping me put my heart back together again. She is the sweetest loving little girl. When she was roaming, I feel she was looking for me.

It is a very very sad day. Our little friend SWEET GEOFFREY went to the Rainbow Bridge last night. He was such a sweet little guy. Geoffrey had a very hard time finding his furever home, but when he did, he hit the jackpot! He had a wonderful mom and brother. I am so thankful to them for letting SWEET GEOFFREY know what it was like to have a home full of love. We will miss you so much SWEET GEOFFREY. Run free now little boy. You are whole and well again. We will always love you and never ever forget you!
