Happy Birthday to me.

It's my birthday today and I'll be 4 years old, but I still look like a young pup.
I hope mom gets back into town early so I can get my gifts.
I got in trouble yesterday for knocking over a lamp, but mom finally forgave me so I know I'll still get some good gifts instead of something like a lump of coal.

It's Mikey's birthday as well, but he looks like he's four years old. I'm not being mean, but it's true and he seems to always be the good doggie.

I love Mikey anyway and will wish him a happy birthday.

Mikey and Mom

Mom gets up really early and I used to get up and sleep in the chair beside her. Now Mikey gets up when mom does so he can sleep in the chair beside mom and that makes me mad.
Mikey used to sleep in the bed for hours after mom got up, but now that he knows he can sleep in the chair with mom he gets up.
Mom said there isn't enough room in the recliner for her and the both of us so if only one of us is up we get to sleep while she does other things.
I wish they'd make a recliner big enough for all of us, but mon said this is the biggest one they make.

Sometimes when Mikey and I are playing I'll bite him extra hard just because.

It's almost the day mon's husband died, before we came to live here and she gets sad and Mikey and I try to make her feel better. I wish it was February because mom's husband died in December and Sam died in January. Maybe she'll be better by February.

Brothers

Ever since Mikey got that heart that's all he talks about. I know the doggie who sent it is cute, but what she sees in Mikey who knows.

I've been itching and mom thinks it's either allergies or something so we have to go have a bath at the vet tomorrow.
Mom already gave me one bath and that didn't help so now she is giving me Benadryl and I don't itch as much.
I hope it's not allergies, I know some dogs have to take shots and I don't want to be one of those.

Mom said it I'm still having problems when she goes on vacation I'll be at my regular vet and she'll have him look at me.
