My dog Sam, who is on dogster died 1-17-07, shortly after my husband and when I decided to get another dog I ended up with Mikey and his sister Prissy.
Both are very special to me and each have their own special ways of talking to me.
It turns out Mikey really talks, which is something I've never seen before.
When I let them out in the back yard and go feed the horses he'll come to the corner by the gate and start dog talking. I sure wish I knew what he was saying.
He talks to Prissy a lot, but I can usually tell what he means because she has usually stolen something of his.

I can hardly wait to see what mom got me for my birthday.
She has to go out of town for the day so I won't know until tonight.
I'm going to be 4 years old, which seems kind of old, but I don't feel old.
It's Prissy's birthday too so I guess I'll wish her a happy birthday.

I was so surprised to see I was Dog of the Day.
I wanted to thank all you pups who sent me gifts and well wishes.
My sister Prissy is still mad at me, but she'll get over it.

I found out who sent me the heart and she is really cute.
I never expected something like that to happen to me, but it sure is nice.
Now onto so not so interesting stuff. Mom said she is going to take us to the vet to get a bath tomorrow. I don't know why I have to have a bath, I'm a dog and I'm supposed to smell like a dog.
Prissy is a girl so she might like getting a bath, but not me. I know I have to do what mom says, but I don't have to like it.
