Here's seven things that you might (or not) like to know about me:
1. During the winter, i can be seen wearing white tank tops. It keeps me warm and keeps my belly from getting wet when i go outside in the early mornings
2. I LOOOOVVVEEE having my teeth brushed by MJ.
3. I was almost sent to the rainbow bridge had it not been for MJ's friend who convinced her to take me home from the shelter
4. I actually love my little brother Chase ( please don't tell him i said that!)
5. I'm a picky eater ( you can never tell that by looking at me though,,,hee hee!)
6. Unlike Chase, i'm not a very good singer :( MJ sys i sound like an owl when i try to sing with MG & Chase
7. I am grammy Loida & Poppop Sal's favorite grandfurchild (sorry Chase & Chloe- i'm just being honest!)

Do i or don't i? - that is the question...

my mommies are thinking of getting me a brother although they are worried i might not be a happy camper... hmmm...do i want one or not? i'm not the overly protective type nor the drama king MG thinks i am but i'm not too sure if i could handle my mommies loving any other than me. i have lots of toys i can share (dunno how i'll like another pup's drool on my toys...) and i have more than enough food for a little army ...
they are thinking of a westie a couple of years younger than me. Can someone tell me what i should do? or if you think it's a good idea for me to share my mommies?
i'm torn about this. please help me...puhleaaaazze! (told you i'm not a drama king!) BOL!

Dogster Friends Galore!!

hi pups! MJ has gone mad ! each night she sends out invitations to loads of doggies who might want to be pals with me. as you can see, i now have quite a number of friends and lately, i have gotten instant messages from some new friends from as far as the United Kingdom (hey there Zac!) and some other places i've never heard of! MJ says one can never have enough friends so she's made it her mission to make me as many as she can. you know what else? there's a couple of girl pups who said they like me!! my tail wagged like never before when MJ read their message to me! Oh my dog! I am so giddy! Just don't tell Rosie, ok?
Anyway, i think i've been real good lately cuz i've been getting new toys. If only i can remember what i did right....
Well, it's time to go to bed...bark at ya all later pups!

In my own furry, little way...

Well, i made it! I walked the walk and lived to tell the tale ...BOL! It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. MJ & MG were prepared and had everything I may have needed to survive the walk ( you know i tend to exaggerate a wee bit...) . Truth be told, it was the perfect day for a walk- the trail was shaded by trees and there was a cool breeze that made it quite enjoyable. My mommies made sure i got plenty of stops and drinks along the way. I'm not supposed to tell you but we kinda cheated the last leg of the trail by hitching a ride with my Nanay who came to see her favorite grandfurchild...she was so proud of me! Heck, I was proud of me!

"Dog Walk For Cancer" Ocean County Park

Hiya pups! My mommies said it's time for us to give back because we've been so blessed with each other - that made me feel fuzzies inside me :)
This Sunday, we are all walking for a good cause- to help the people who are sick with cancer through the Phillip J. Citta Regional Cancer Center and also the Bright & Beautiful Therapy Dogs. We are hoping that a lot of my furbuddies will be there to share their time and some of that green stuff (the ones my mommies exchange for my treats & toys...).
I will give you all an update and post some pictures of me, of course!, after the walk.

Labor Day Weekend

Sorry for the long absence. MG has been really busy - at least that's her excuse for not sitting down with me on the computer to let you guys know what i've been up to...anyway, i threatened MJ with more sniffing around the shed ( that's another story for another day ) if she didn't sit down and type for me. Pardon her if she's not as prolific a ghostwriter as MG...she's more a to-do-list writer...BOL!

Saturday - i stayed home with MG because her face was still puffy and tomato red from her allergies. MJ went to a party without me :( because she said there were little kids there who might not be so gentle with me. it was ok because MG needed me to comfort her anyway.

Sunday - MG & MJ got up somewhat early (8 am) to take me to the park. they felt bad that i've not been there to play & see my friends because of the bad weather we had. there were a lot of new furfriends there and some that i played with before. i really missed going to the park so i made sure i visited all the trees and reminded them of who i am :) after a lot of running around, we decided that it was time to go to Nanay's (that's what i call my grammy) & Poppop's house for some good grub.
my Uncle Ed, Aunt Pauline, soccer player extraordinaire cousin Caiden, oh-so-pretty cousin Carli and cute-as-a-button cousin Chloe (a maltepoo) were already there when we came. MJ had two of her friends from NY visit so Poppop took us for a boat ride - yippeee! i just love boat rides!

Monday - i was surprised to wake up with MJ & MG still snoring away - usually, i get two whole days with them and then they go to a place the call work. today, they said it was a holiday so i get an extra full day to spend with my mommies! Uncle Ed & family & Nanay came to pick us up from our house to go shopping. Caiden & Carli were going back to school soon and they needed some new stuff. i wanted to give them some of my clothes ( i have a whole chestful ) but MJ said they might be a little to small for them. oh well, i just thought i'd be nice and offer...

By the way, did i forget to mention that i MIGHT have a girlfriend? BOL! Her name is Rosie. she thinks i'm cute and i think she's gorgeous!

MJ says she needs to end this now- she has to go to that awful place again tomorrow- she says she needs to if i want more toys & clothes...
