Pet-Peeves:
When I don't get to ride in the car too. Allergies, I get itchy and scratchy sometimes and keep mom and dad up at night. The vacuum monster. And getting in trouble for being too rough with Pod.

Tennis balls! Beware of picking up a tennis ball around me, you will get stuck with playing fetch for at least an hour! I love plush squeeky toys too!

When 'dad' takes me to the pond and baseball field area across the street.

Giving a stand up hug. Picking the cat up by his neck...mom doesn't like that one.
Arrival Story:
We adopted Miss Carleen after a couple of interviews (with www.radfordpoundpals.org) and we hadn't even meet her yet, we just had that special feeling and said, "we'll take her!" So, a great group of volunteers took Miss Carleen on a special trip with a few leg stops through the hills of Virginia to her forever home with us in NoVa. She was cutest black lab mix who looked just like a bear with a smooth velvet jacket on. When we met her, she ran out of the transport van, out of the crate into our arms. I swelled up knowing this would be her last trip where she wouldn't be transferred to a new/strange home ever again. She was so loving, sweet and snuggly at first great, meet and site. We are so happy to have her in our lives and surely she knows that she's been saved and will be adored forever.

I'm super cute, pretty and so adorable, just ask me (I'll show ya), I'll melt your heart away. On walks, everyone stops and asks my daddy n mommy where I came from and what breed I am. I say, I'm a petite (50 lbs) lil' lady lab (with somethin' else in the mix too, but who knows, I have black spots on my tongue, chow maybe? dunno). I'm daddy's lil' girl for sure. My best buddy is my cat brother, tri-pod. I love other doggies a ton. Come be my buddy! Sloppy kisses await.
