Christmas

Oh well, Christmas has come and gone. I had a good time though. Santa mommie got me some doggie cookies, a couple of toys and some Yip-Yaps. I wore a Santa hat and I even wore the cat's deer antlers. The cats don't like hats but I don't mind cuz when I wear a hat, mommie gives me CHEESE!!! So I just pose and look purty in the hats and get my cheese and all is good. heehee. The cat's seemed to have a good Christmas too (except for having to wear hats..haha).

Angus's Big Head

Angus came home last weekend with a huge head! Mommie freaked out. She wouldn't let him back out that night because she was going to take him to the vet the next morning and then he got out that morning!! And she couldn't get him. So she freaked out again. So he came home Friday night and his head popped during the night!! YEAH!! It was gross. So she got him to the vet the next morning and the vet said it was just an abscess in his mouth. It had caused the sided of his head to swell up. He gave mommie some medicine to give Angus and now he's fine. He sure did look weird for a couple of days though. I hope I never get an abscess. YUK!!

Oh happy day!

Mommie finally named the kitty Bailee. Now she has her own page on Catster! She sure does play a lot. She makes me tired just watching her! heehee

My new kitty

Well, I know it's been a week but mommie still has not named the kitty. She just calls it kitty. Every name she calls it just doesn't fit. I kinda like my new kitty. It ended up being a girl! Mommy had picked out boy names. blah. My kitty plays and plays and plays then conks out and sleeps. Haha, she is so funny. I like her food too. It's kitten food and it tastes good! But mommie gets on me when she catches me sneaking kitty's food. She got on Baggins this morning because he sneaked ALL of kitty's food. Bad Baggins! hahaha Moonchas is getting a little better. She still growls at kitty but not quite as much as she was. Moonchas hasn't tried to attack kitty or anything. But mommie keeps a close eye on kitty when Moonchas is around for now. I'll be glad when mommie gives kitty a name. Then she can put her on Catster.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!

I have two newses to tell. First--I can't believe what my mommy has done! She has gotten another kitty! It's solid white and really fuzzy. She got it yesterday afternoon. She's not even sure if it's a boy or a girl and hasn't even named it yet! I'm not sure if I like it. I keep sniffing it but I just can't resist the urge to bark and snap at it once and awhile. It was hissing at me but it's getting brave now. haha It's into everything!! Then it sits around and looks all innocent and stuff. I can see that this is going to be a problem. grrrr. Baggins keeps sniffing it too. He sniffs and hisses and sniffs and hisses. Moonchas GROWLS at it...just like a dog!! Mommy is keeping it in her room. (another grrrr) But she's letting me in there too. She puts the kitty by itself in a room when she's not there to watch it and make sure everyone is playing nice. :) Kitty gets to go to the vet today for its first visit. hahaha I know it will probably get SHOTS! hahaa Well more on kitty later. I'm sure it will be on Catster soon.
My second news is that mommy got me a car seat! Yes, a doggie car seat. She said I was too rambunctious in the car and I don't like being in a carrier. She got me a pink harness to match my pink collar so she can hook me in right. I like my car seat. I can sit in it all comfy and see out the window while we are riding down the road! Fun!!!

Another vet visit

Oh, I had to back to the vet yesterday. Mommy took me to see how my skin infection was doing and I had taken my last pill Friday evening. I was scared. I shook the whole time I was in there. But the vet was really nice. He is my regular vet. He was on vacation when I had to go two weeks ago, but that lady vet I saw was nice too. He didn't give me a shot or anything. He said the medicine was working but I needed to stay on it longer, so he gave mommy some more of the same pills for me to take. YAY!! Mommy wraps the pills in cheese!! I could take these forever. I remind mommy to give me the pills by standing and looking where she keeps them. Hee hee, I don't want to miss out on the cheese!

My new bed!!

Ever since last week, I want to sleep in Mommy's room at night. So today she went to the pet store to get me ANOTHER bed. I won't sleep in my others and the cats have taken them over...heehee. Mommy found a bed that looked like a bean bag chair online, one I could get all snuggly in. The pet store didn't have any of those so she got me this one. The girl at the store told Mommy that if I wouldn't sleep in it that she could bring it back. But she won't have too!!!! Because I love it!!!! It is sooooo comfy, I have been in it ever since she brought it home. She is amazed. I also like that it is in her bedroom. She got me two of my very own blankies and a new pink collar too. Today is just like Christmas!!

Bad Hair Day

Mom took me to get a haircut today. She had been doing it herself, but I'm not very cooperative when she does it so she decided to take me to a professional. Well, they were cutting my hair and they found some places on my skin that were red so they called Mom and told her. Mom was really upset that she hadn't seen the red places, but my hair had grown out so that's probably why. She came and got me and took me to the vet. I have an infection. Yuk. The good thing is they gave me some antibiotics and Mom gives them to me wrapped in CHEESE!!!!! They also gave Mom some spray for any itchy spots.
