A great weekend!!!

First, we were thrilled to be able to help a local pup who's mom had posted on Dogster, desperately looking for a new home for him. Jimmy's mom is having some serious problems and was going to have to give him up. She only had a short time to find him a new home and was going to put him to sleep rather than send him to a shelter. Our pal Postal was able to talk her out of putting him to sleep and giving us a few more days to help. We were able to find a rescue nearby that was willing and able to take him in. They picked him up yesterday. It feels great to have helped save his life.

As if that wasn't enough...

We were just heartbroken when we found out that Teddi Sue had been stolen with her mom's car. Then when it was found but she wasn't...that was the worst. Now, 6 weeks later she's been found! She was kept safe and sound and luckily the people who'd ended up with her have done the right thing and returned her to her family. Her mom picked up up today and is on her way home with her right now. We couldn't be happier for them.

Neither of these success stories would have been possible without Dogster and the great pups and people on it.

We've been tagged...but we're gonna cheat...

Shh...don't tell, but we're cheating. Since so many pups are getting tagged over and over again, we're only tagging one pup instead of 7.

We got tagged by our pal Sir Snickers Alot

1. Mom's thinking of changing our name from Buenos Pooches to Brat Pack 'cause it's really a more fitting name for us.

2. Since getting us, our paw-rents can't imagine ever having human babies.

3. Mom and Dad have been home with us all week while Mom gets over skin cancer surgery and we're not gonna like it one bit when they both go back to work next week.

4. Mom switched us over to Canidae food and 2 out of 3 of us like it. Daisy, who normally eats anything has decided to be finicky about it.

5. Mom's got an appointment to get us all microchipped in a couple of weeks but she has no idea how she's going to manage getting all of us there by herself...it should be fun!!

6. Logan is an obedience school dropout, Daisy barely passed puppy class and Peaches doesn't even know how to "sit".

7. Mom and Dad don't know it yet, but we're really the ones in charge here...
