Life with Angel

Happy Birthday to me!!

I am offiicially one year old today. I'm all growd up, well sort of. I still like to do things that I'm not supposed to. Today mommy gave me some new squeaky balls. I love my squeaky balls more than any other toy! After an hour of ball play with mommy we went outside, I dug a hole in the back yard then ate some daisies, chased a few butterflies and flies. Tried to chase a bee but it makes a funny noise don't like them. Then I layed on the deck like a frog, in the sun. Mommy just said my other favourite words "Pig Ear". I'm gonna devour a pig ear then go have a nap. Mommy mentioned going to the lake after supper. Oh boy oh boy I love going to the lake.

Gotta go sleepy now

P.S. Mommy doesn't try to get me to eat the yucky raw chicken anymore. I'm eatin' Solid Gold and it's yummy. I'm such a lucky girl!!

I'm so happy last week I heard daddy say that someone was coming to stay with us for awhile. He calls my daddy, dad but he is so tall I didn't know I had a big brother. He's really nice and likes me a lot. We play all day and when he says "smile" I do. Infact whenever he says smile I just do it. I can't help myself.
All kindsa stuff happened last week mommy who I thought loved me started to slowly change my food. I refuse to eat it. It all funny looking and funny feeling. She says it's chicken but it's not like the chicken she used to give me. She says it's raw. Don't know what raw is but don't like it. I get lots of veggies....yummy and sometimes I get salmon or tuna that's yummy too.
Mommy keeps putting other stuff in my food to make it taste better but I'm too smart for that.

A note from mommy; If anyone feeds their Dal raw and has any ideas as to what I can do to chicken to make it more appealing to our little Angel,please feel free to email me.

A day in the Life

My first spring, whatever that means. All I know is it's not cold out anymore and all the white stuff is gone and I can dig and get all brown. Mommy doesn't like it when I do that but I can't help it. Mommy and daddy keep saying that they are building a run for me, I can run why do they need to build it. Well it must be a good thing cause mom smiles every time dad brings it up and I sure luv smiles. I do it all the time especially when daddy comes home from work.

I'm a very happy little girl (that's what mommy calls me). I'm so lucky everyday mommy and I get up together (I sleep on the big bed with mommy and daddy). We have breakfast I get some toast with mine then we go out and play play play. Sometimes mommy has to work she uses a little black thing and talks into it. I thought it was a chew toy once and tried to grab it, she yelled. I was sorry but it makes a funny noise. I'm glad mommy works from home so I can drive her insane, but then she picks me and I sleep on her knees and when I wake up it's time to play play play again.
I have to go now Daddy's home and I'm goin' for a drive in his truck!
