Loved to run. Ralph also loved to go for boat rides. He would immediately go to the front of the open bow, standing up with his front legs on the seat, and face into the wind. His ears would look like airplane wings.
Pet-Peeves:
Dogs that had wronged him.
Favorite Toy:
Rubber bone
Favorite Food:
Lettuce, he couldn't get enough of it.
Favorite Walk:
In the woods, along the shoreline.
Best Tricks:
Fetching, and fish wrangling. We would go where these 20 lb. plus carp would spawn in 2 to 3 feet of water. Ralph liked nothing better than to chase them around in the shallows.
Arrival Story:
Ralph just appeared one day. He would run circles around us in our yard, leave, and come back to do the same. He finally enabled us to get close to him, from that point on he stayed. He was abandoned, ads were posted in the newspapers, on the radio to no avail, and Ralph found a home for life.
Bio:
He never met a human he didn't like and vice versa. A great pet and friend to all and dearly missed by everyone he came in contact with.
