Greetings, We had a major problem with Molly consuming her own feces, but after trying several products with no help, we discovered a program called animal planet. On this particular episode there was a english trainer that had a problem dog with eating its feces, well we learned that the higher protein in the food was a concern along with the fiber content. She also reccomended adding pineapple to the dogs diet with a lower protein and higher fiber supplement, so after investigating all the dog foods out there, which almost all of them are terrible cause of what is actually in it,we ended up going back the the Canidae-Lamb & Rice formula with pineapple in the food along with all the other great vitamins and minerals as opposed to Science Diet-Purina Pro Plan, etc. This took us 6-7 months of dealing with that problem and now she has stopped completley. So I highly reccomend Canidae's Lamb & Rice formula and adding sum canned pineapple chunks, we add about 7-10 pieces with her food twice a day and hope to eventually quit the added pineapple chunks altogether. here are a few links,,,
