We adopted Bear after we moved out to our 4 acres of land. The man who owned him previously had discontinued all of his medicine about 2 mo. before we got him and when we got him to our vet we were told he had heartworms. We had to get him well and did and we had a wonderful pet as well as guard dog for many years. It has taken me a while to get his pictures scanned to make a page for him but he was just as special as all my other babies...
