Arrival Story:
my boyfriends ex owned Drake as a pup...when they split, she couldn't bear to take him away from Deuce, so when i met the boyfriend, i ended up with 2 new dogs in my life...drake and deuce...they are my first, but won't be my last boxers... they are awesome...

Bio:
Drake was diagnosed with lung cancer in February 2005 after a bout of pneumonia - they wanted us to put him down - but he had shown NO signs of any illness - we said NO WAY & he was in ICU for 3 days & then came home on antibiotics - that was 9 months ago - he now takes pills daily to keep infection away - and he is doing really well... Drake had a bad weekend - the last one in May - when the humidity hit - and we brought him to our vets and helped him cross to the rainbow bridge on May 30th 2006. We sure miss him.
