Arrival Story:
Tank (formerly Tyson) was rescued from neglectful owners by an elderly lady who knew she couldn't keep him but wanted to get him out of a bad home. We were contacted as a potential foster home, and we fell in love with Tank when we met him, so he came home with us. :)
Bio:
Tank loves people (especially kids) and is a total love bug. He wiggles himself into a pretzel when he is around people. He just loves attention! He gets along well with his foster parents' dogs, and he generally gets along with dogs that he is introduced to slowly and on neutral territory. We're working on his leash manners right now. We're pretty sure he'd never been on a walk before. He pulls a lot, but he's just excited to explore the world. He's a really great dog and a true breed ambassador. Tank was adopted on July 2, 2007. We miss him terribly, but we couldn't be happier that he ended up in such a wonderful home!
