Arrival Story:
We rescued Matty from where we knew a female dog with starting to grow older puppies lived at the river bank. When we went there for one of our regular checks I saw that only one barely breathing pup was left the others all lay in a heap mouths open eyes glazed there however was no sign of the mother and further downstream we found her probably from dehydration or starvation or slipping she was dead and the last remaing puppy needed help we took her home and tried to warm her up. The next day she was all right and eating well so we took her to the vet to see whether we could keep her the vet said yes but he would just quickly keep her overnight to see how she was. The next day when we came home from school we got to fawn over our new pup and watch her with love.

Bio:
However much we loved her in the end something called Renal failure as the vet says, took hold and the last time I saw her I remembered that just the other day my parents had said she was mine and just like Bandit she was going to go before I could say goodbye properly.

Always there,

Someone you can count on,

To shelter you,

To wait until you leave the world,

To comfort you in hard times,

And to stay by your side until

Morning arives.

If only tears could bring you back,

and heartache make you heal.

We never would of had to say goodbye.

Remember I love you still.

In my heart you're still there,

licking my palm making it wet curing the sadness I feel.

We'd walk the path to heaven and bring you back again,

If only so much is possible.
