Ted belonged to a co-worker. She had taken him to my groomer and he called me to tell me what BAD shape he was in, and to get this dog away from her. When I spoke to her she admitted that she really didn't want him SO......I took him in as a foster, but he would't go to other people when they came to meet him. He was attached to me and that was it.
